Minimum orders to qualify
for free delivery is 100 pounds. We prefer cash on delivery or cheque. We do not operate a credit facility. We take
orders over the phone on 0131 652 1298. We also take orders in store and can drop off deliveries at a mutually agreed
time and date.
Please allow at least 24hrs for your order. We cannot guarantee that stock is in place. The driver will inform you
upon delivery of what items are short of stock.
Refund Policy
All items must be checked for damage upon delivery and returns will not be accepted thereafter. We will only refund items
upon delivery. If there is a problem with a previous delivery please inform us instore or inform the driver and we shall redeem
any changes required within acceptable reasons.
Dropoff Policy
We operate a simple drop off policy, we cannot guarantee a drop off to any cellars within your premises. The driver will
drop off all delivered stock to your door within reasonable distance from your kitchen or cellar.
